When OEM makes sense
You have a design that cannot be built from an existing style — a specific shape, a specific structure, a specific set of features that defines your product.
You are confident about volume. Tooling, moulds and development time only pay off when the order is big enough to spread them across units.
You have a longer timeline. Prototyping and tooling take weeks before mass production even starts.
When it does not
You are testing a market. Start with an unbranded style and your logo on it. If it sells, come back for OEM.
You need stock quickly. Private label on stock styles ships in weeks, not months.
You are working to a tight budget. Tooling cost sits on top of the unit price and cannot be avoided.

Bulk runs on the same production lines, with inline inspection and a final AQL check.

You send the requirement: sketches, references, target volume and price point.
Design & quote
We come back with a spec, a mock-up and a costed quote including tooling.
Prototype
Physical samples are produced and refined until the details match your standard.
Tooling
Moulds and templates are cut once the prototype is signed off.
Mass production
Bulk run, inspection, packing and shipment with export documents.
