How a Backpacks Order Runs
Five steps from first message to shipment. You approve a sample before anything goes into bulk.
Send your requirement
Style, target quantity, logo file and your market. A photo reference works too.
Sample and confirm
We build a sample or logo mock-up for material, stitching and print approval.
Material preparation
Fabric, trims, zips and packaging are booked once the sample is signed off.
Production and in-line QC
Cutting, sewing, printing and in-line inspection at agreed checkpoints.
Final QC and shipment
Packing, carton marking and export documents, then express, air or sea freight.
Backpacks FAQ
Can I order unbranded backpacks first and add my logo later?
Yes. Many buyers start with an unbranded stock order to test the market, then move to a private label run once the style sells.
What is the difference between private label and full custom?
Private label keeps the existing stock structure and adds your logo, colours or packaging. Full custom changes the design, materials or tooling and starts around 1,000 pcs.
How long does a private label order take?
Sampling is usually 5–10 days. Bulk production runs 12–28 days depending on quantity, logo method and material availability.
Can you match a backpack I already sell?
Send a photo, a spec sheet or a sample. We will tell you honestly whether we can match it, and what the minimum would be.
