Can I order these as an add-on to a backpack order?
Yes, and that is the usual route. Adding pouches to a bag order is a cheap way to raise the retail value of the line.
Are multi-piece sets packed together?
Sets can be packed in one polybag, a printed box or a drawstring pouch, depending on how you sell them.
Is there a lower minimum for stock colours?
Plain stock colours start at 50 pcs, subject to what is on the shelf. Custom colours and prints need a larger run.
